After four long months of surviving without a ceiling fan....finally the iit authorities decided to repair my fan!!.....wat a relief...makes my shabby little room suddenly feel like heaven!...
It's only the absence of something that can make u realise it's true value.(pankhe ka fundaa).
Taking nothing away from today's fantastic treat....but i just had to mention the fan first!
Had a boisterous party at punjabi dhaba...a typical village restaurant here in kgp.An awesome cycle ride thru the pleasant cool breeze with friends after a long week full of labs and hectic classes...followed by a frenzied celebration of just being together...all of us after so long! It's evenings like this which we'll cherish thru out our lives....and remind us of the one thing that binds us all....first year in iit.
Through the day just did some routine stuff like guess the word,hearing some rahman songs and reassuring that he is simply the best! Played the keyboard today after 5 days....thts a pretty long gap...felt really nice.
have fallen in love with this song called "we've got tonight" by bob segar...moreover it's video in wonder years with kevin arnold and winnie cooper makes the song even more special!!
